A familiar face returning for a new chapter 🤎

We are so excited to welcome Ally back to the team, this time as part of our new chapter as Aura Collective.

Many of our long-time clients will remember Ally from her previous time with us and we couldn’t be happier to have her return in a new leadership role as our Salon Operations Manager & Premiere Stylist.

As Aura Collective continues to grow, Ally will be stepping into a key role supporting the development of our team and business. Her focus will include staff training, mentorship, operations and helping guide the continued evolution of the Aura experience, while still spending some time behind the chair creating beautiful hair for her clients.

Because Ally will be dedicating time to team development and leadership within the salon, she will only be on the floor limited days each week.

Due to Ally limited days on the floor, we highly recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure a spot in her column.

We are so excited for this next chapter and to welcome Ally back to the Aura Collective family.

Aura Collective is growing and we are looking for an experienced Senior Stylist to join our team 🤎

Aura Collective is a luxury salon built on refined artistry, beautiful hair and an elevated client experience. Our focus is on low-maintenance colour, healthy hair and premium extensions delivered in a calm and supportive environment where both clients and team members thrive

If you are passionate about your craft, love creating beautiful lived-in colour and want to work in a salon that truly values its team we would love to hear from you

What we offer
• Full time position
• 4-day work week every fortnight
• Above award pay + uncapped commission structure
• Christmas shutdown period
• Beautiful newly designed luxury salon environment

What we’re looking for
• Experienced Senior Stylist with strong technical skills
• Confident in haircutting and colour work including balayage and lived-in blondes
• Experience with keratin bonds, weft or tape extensions (highly regarded)
• Passion for healthy hair and luxury client experiences
• Positive team attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional, reliable and client focused
• Someone who aligns with our values of integrity, growth, respect and collective responsibility

This chapter also holds more meaning than words can explain. My mum was so excited for this new beginning. She believed in this vision wholeheartedly and while she isn’t here physically to see it unfold her love and spirit will always be part of Aura 🪽
